Anxiety

Do others perceive you as having it all together? Do you have the facade that everything is going well in your life? However, you are facing an internal battle within?

You are feeling nervous, restless, and tense. You may have trouble concentrating or perseverating on past, present, or future situations.

Do you always seem to overthink and overanalyze almost every situation. 

Some anxiety can be helpful. Such as anxiety right before a text or anxiety before starting something new. However, sometimes when our  brains seem to be on overdrive this anxiety can affect every aspect of our lives. 

Finding effective coping skills can help combating our anxiety.
