Frequently Asked Questions

  • I am licensed to practice in the state of Massachusetts. I see all clients virtually, and I do not have any plans to meeting person anytime soon.

As long as you’re in Massachusetts at the time of our appointment, we can connect from a distraction free location of your choosing.

  • I am available Monday through Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm and Saturday mornings from 7am to 10am.

  • Research shows that weekly therapy sessions offer the most effective treatment and consistent results. Therefore, I prefer we meet weekly until getting to a place where you’ve established solid coping skills and have experienced a significant reduction in symptoms. The process is also not linear. Even when we get to the point of not needing to meet weekly, something could come up that would make weekly sessions more appropriate.

I never start with biweekly or monthly meetings because symptoms are most acute and needs are greatest in the beginning. If meeting weekly is challenging due to scheduling or finances, I am happy to provide referrals for other therapists or providers.

So, meeting biweekly is more for maintenance, while weekly sessions will allow us to make the most progress and get the most out of our time together.

  • I have a 24 hours notice cancellation policy. For example if you have a scheduled appointment for 5pm on Monday and you reach out to me at 5:15pm on Sunday then you will charged the full fee of the scheduled appointment.

  • Sessions are $150 per session and last 50 minutes.
